The Edward de Vere Seneca (see “Report”) is now in the Shakespeare authorship collection at the Senate House Library. An electronic facsimile will be published both here and in the Senate House Library’s online collection.

The 1563 Seneca will be the first book presented here. It is one of several Edward de Vere books available in high resolution formats (Figure 2).

The Report, linked above, is based on over thirty years of study of Edward de Vere’s handwriting. It concludes that the Seneca book is also in de Vere’s hand.
The report is made possible by the recent discovery of another whole tranche of de Vere books. These books were found at the library at Audley End in Essex. These annotations are by de Vere, as forensic analysis shows. They are not, as sometimes supposed, Sir Henry Neville.
Our Foundation is created to join the search. With the advent of these recent discoveries, we aim to find more books by Edward de Vere. Over time, we hope, the website will become a key online repository for de Vere annotations and their research.
Meanwhile, the website is still under construction. If you click on a link and it doesn’t work, please accept our apologies.
